Nena Snooks Real Estate was established in 1994 by Nena Snooks. Natalie Snooks joined the business as a partner in 1997.

Prior to entering the real estate industry in 1997, I held a management position in a chartered accountancy firm. My qualifications are a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. I am also a Licensed Real Estate Agent. I grew up in City Beach and now live in the area with my husband and two children. I therefore know first hand all the benefits of living in the area - great schools, plenty of parks and of course easy access to the beach. I have achieved excellent results in selling properties in Wembley Downs, City Beach, Churchlands, Woodlands, Floreat and Doubleview. I have a Bachelor of Business Degree and have been involved in Property and Asset Management for over 14 years. During this time I have managed residential, commercial, industrial and retail properties. Our aim at Nena Snooks Real Estate is to maximise the investment for the owner, by placing suitable tenants in our rental properties under management, and by providing superior service.
